Nearly all of the dresses on our websites are finished dresses designed by our designer , tailored by our own dress makers and photographed at our studio with our models, the dresses in those photos are exactly what you will get if you order from us.Now in order to help you order dress smoothly,please read the guidelines carefully,if you have any questions,please feel free to contact me.

A:For Size Difference:

All of the dress made in standard size.If you are not sure your size,please take the Size Chart as for reference and measure yourself before you order.Then you choose the right standard size in your order details so that we can send you a suitable dress .If your size is not in standard,please do not worry about it,please send us your body size via email including the bust/waist/hips/hollow to floor,we will custom make the dress for you and there is nothing to charge.

B:For Color Difference:

Since computer screens have chromatic aberration,especially between CRT screen and LCD screen,we can not guarantee the color showed online exactly same as the real picture you saw.But please do not be feel anxious,please check the Color Chart and then send the model number to us,we will make the dress carefully according to your model number.

C：For Custom Make:

 Dress can be made in custom Size,Color,Design,we suggest you measure your size carefully when you order it,Please follow the measurements instructions and then send us your size,Please attention that,because the dress in custom make,we need more time to make it,please wait for it patiently,if your dress is in urgency,please tell us and we can arrange for making your dress in advance but you need to pay some expedited fee.

D:No Accessories on the Wedding Dress：

 The wedding dress does not contain accessories such as gloves,veil,and the shawl and crinoline petticoat.If you just order one dress,we will not send these accessories to you as for gifts,but if you order more,we can give you some discount.Partial wedding dress we suggest you to order a petticoat so that the dress become more elegant.

E:The Dress Materials:

-----Chiffon: Delicate, sheer, and transparent -- made from silk or rayon.

with a soft finish; often layered because of its transparency, making it popular for sheer sleeves, and wraps.

-----Organza: Crisp and sheer like chiffon, with a stiffer texture similar in effect to tulle, but more flowing; popular for skirts, sleeves, backs, and overlays.

----Satin:A heavy, smooth fabric with a high sheen on one side; very common in bridal gowns.

----Silk: The most sought-after, cherished fiber for wedding dresses (and also the most expensive).

----Silk-Like Satin: A smooth silk satin, with a glossy front and matte back.

----Taffeta: Crisp and smooth, with a slight rib.

----Tulle: Netting made of silk, nylon, or rayon; used primarily for skirts and veils (think ballerina tutus).

----Lace:Traditionally, this openwork fabric was made by hand, and therefore a more expensive option fabrics.

Exchange & Return

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and utmost concern. We wish to create a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience for you. Our return policy is under the conditions as followed, you can ask for refund after sending back the dresses

(1)The dresses are with any quality problem.

(2)Any color problem (little color difference in the screen is allowed)

(3)Wrong models

Your satisfaction is the most important to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we suggest you can have a check to make sure that the dresses have been made to your order specification.

If you are returning or exchanging dresses/accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, with tags intact and attached.If we ship the wrong item to you,you have the option of returning it for a full refund or ask for send the correct ones as soon as possible. Customers must confirm their eligibility for return with Customer Service before sending items back.

Color Issues

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screens may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Return Process

Contact Customer Service within 7 days after you received your orders including an explanation  for the return. Contact customer service , explain the reason for the return. If it accord with our return policy, return can be accept. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible .Regarding the shipping fee of parcels sent back, buyers need to pay for the shipping fee . After we received the items, our QC will have a general check ,Your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, money will be refunded in3 business days/New correct items will be sent to you in 5-15 days . Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed refunds and cannot be shipped back to you.

Plus, If your order is custom-made size or manufactured to your own designs or you have asked some changes different with original pictures , we can only give you 70% discount. Because as you know, it is nearly impossible to sell again.

All items return should be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean. Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed refunds.
